3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial that includes a limited number of articles. No credit card is required for the free trial.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to the Services (brand profiles, topics, source materials).
Generated content: All articles and content generated by Alfa on your behalf are owned by you upon generation. You are free to use, publish, modify, and distribute generated content as you see fit.
Our platform: We retain all rights to the Alfa platform, technology, algorithms, and underlying systems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Use the Services to generate misleading or deceptive content.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Alfa harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
